Deliver with Omega

Omega Delivery is looking for dependable delivery drivers to join our growing team. We specialize in last-mile package delivery and are looking for drivers who are professional, reliable, and ready to work.

What You'll Do

As a delivery driver, you’ll be responsible for picking up assigned routes, safely delivering packages, following delivery instructions, taking clear required photos, and providing great service to customers.

Pay Structure

Omega Delivery uses a block pay system based on route size and expected completion time.

Local routes are paid at $22/hour.
Rural and Kentucky routes are paid at $24/hour.

Routes are calculated based on approximately 15 packages per hour.

Example:
A 4-hour local route pays $88.
A 4-hour rural/Kentucky route pays $96.

Requirements

Drivers must have:

- A valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- A working smartphone
- Ability to lift and carry packages

- Weekend availability
- Good communication
- Professional attitude
- Availability to work scheduled routes

Independent Contractor Position

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Drivers are responsible for their own taxes, vehicle expenses, gas, insurance, and maintenance.
